The reason: mRNA vaccines are dangerous, the HHS determined.

That stunning finding came after what Kennedy described as a review of 22 "vaccine development investments" by the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA). 

After that review and after consulting "experts at NIH and FDA," Kennedy said that HHS "determined that the mRNA technology poses more risks than benefit for these respiratory virus," such as Covid and the flu.

Those risks, Kennedy said, come from "antigenic shift." 

This means, Kennedy said, " that the vaccine paradoxically encourages new mutations and can actually prolong pandemics as the virus constantly mutates to escape the protective effects of the vaccine."

He continued, "Millions of people, maybe even you or someone you know, got the Omicron variant despite being vaccinated."

This problem was well-known even during the height of the pandemic when the mRNA vaccines were being forced on the American people under threat of losing their jobs and being "excommunicated" from polite society. 

This writer, in fact, wrote several articles and a considerable portion of a book on Covid and transhumanism that discussed this danger in detail. Several doctors and scientists also pointed out the problems with the mRNA vaccines, but they were marginalized and in many cases -- especially for the doctors -- were forced out of their professions, often by licensing authorities who had no tolerance for anyone questioning "the science" that had been selected as "correct" by Anthony Fauci.

The programs being cut under Kennedy's HHS leadership have a price tag of $500 million. They will be replaced, the HHS secretary said, with safer programs.
